| Proposed Analysis: | I plan to use machine learning methods to classify HC, MCI, and AD based on the features extracted from the neuroimaging data, and then find out the brain regions that mostly contribute to the classification. After that, I will perform a correlation analysis between these identified brain regions (mostly contribute to the classification) and cognitive metrics (cognitive assessment) to uncover the relationships between these brain regions and cognitive metrics. |
