Proposed Analysis: | We want to combine attention-based algorithms and graph signal processing for the early diagnosis of Alzheimer's. Specifically, we use graph extraction models to detect critical points on the MRI images. Next, we will pass the extracted graph to a deep learning framework for diagnosing MCI and NC classes. The primary analysis in our research is extracting the critical points on the images, and our primary source of data is the ADNI data inventory. It will be stated explicitly in any publishable results that the ADNI dataset was used for the obtained results. |
