| Proposed Analysis: | 25 years ago I received a PhD in PET imaging. Currently I am retired and an amateur astronomer. I have developed some AI/machine learning algorithms for denoising of astro imaging which I am intending to publish. The problems of low counts in astro imaging are very similar to those of PET imaging. I was hoping you would please be open to granting me access to PET imaging data to test my algorithms on low count data. Studies with low count data acquired over separate contiguous intervals would be ideal for training and testing. This could find benefit in increased accuracy of acquired images. |
