Proposed Analysis: study 1. Purpose: To classify the potential subgroups of MCI and AD using large-scale research datasets, and to examine the characteristics of each group in cognition, brain structure, and functional brain connectivity. Identify the progression characteristics of the subgroup with the worst prognosis. Analysis method: Subgroups are classified by latent class analysis through machine learning methods. Cognitive function, brain structure, and functional brain connectivity of the distinct subgroups are compared. study 2. Purpose:to examine sex-related differences in cognitive function, brain structure and functional connectivity between middle-aged and elderly. Analysis method: Normal, MCI, and AD groups are divided into middle-aged-female, middle-aged-male, old-female, and old-male, according to age (65 years old) and sex. Differences in cognitive function, brain structure and brain function, and differences in variability according to sex are compared between the divided groups.
