Proposed Analysis:	To explore the differences of CD33 gene polymorphism in people with cognitive impairment, and to analyze the influence of CD33 gene susceptibility locus on the structure of different brain regions and cognitive function of AD patients, so as to provide evidence for the neural mechanism of CD33 gene involved in the pathogenesis of AD.
