| Proposed Analysis: | The aim of this project will be to perform data harmonization on Freesurfer cortical thickness and volume values from ADNI data. The harmonization will be done using different specific features (e.g. MRI Scanner, Site, etc.) in order to evaluate the specific harmonization method used. This will also be compared to the original data and potentially other harmonization methods to determine the potential added benefit of harmonizing imaging data further downstream in research. |
