| Proposed Analysis: | In diagnostics tests analysis, Youden index is used to quantify the ability of diagnostic tests for discriminating between three disease status. But in practice, due to the limitation of Gold Tests, only part of the disease status are verified. So we need to implement new estimation methods for Youden index estimations. The proposed methods are used to used to assess the ability of a biomarker to accurately identify stages of Alzheimer’s disease. |
