| Proposed Analysis: | We would like to run a few Gaussian mixture models where we predict MMSE scores for ADNII subjects where the dependent variables are general demographic information on subjects as well as connectograms derived from independent component analysis. The hope is that the EM algorithm will allow us to identify sub population clusters. |
