| Proposed Analysis: | Polygenic risk score profiling of common risk factors for dementia and their associations with dementia progression in ADNI. In this study, we will apply the state-of-art approaches to construct polygenic risk scores of common risk factors (smoking, BMI, diet, metabolic biomarkers, etc) and to examine their associations with cognitive performance, brain structure/function in patients with AD. We will also use modern machine learning techniques to build prediction models for dementia progression. |
