| Proposed Analysis: | This project aims to develop statistical and machine learning methods for secondary integrated analysis of longitudinal imaging data fully deidentified from ADNI. This project will develop machine learning methods to first reduce the dimensions of fMRI/DTI connectivity markers and PET signatures, adjusting for other confounding covariates. Then we will link these discovered markers to future longitudinal outcomes and assess the predictive power and importance of these markers. |
