| Proposed Analysis: | Integrate two machine learning methods, ensemble learning and deep learning. Explore the influence of genes, environment, drugs, etc. on Alzheimer's disease, as well as early intelligent diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease. First, ensemble learning such as gradient boosting can classify patients with different degrees of disease through their genes and biological information. Second, the deep learning method segmented the brain images of AD patients in different periods, and studied the changes of brain regions in patients with different disease states. Finally, combine the two to realize the refined intelligent diagnosis of AD. |
