Proposed Analysis: | In this research, we are aiming to use ADNI dataset to build a precision medicine model. Precision medicine aims to provide personalized healthcare for individual patients based on their health conditions. Artificial intelligence (AI) is being used in this field for predictive model construction, where the performance is limited to the capability of handling heterogeneous, high-dimensional, and longitudinal electronic health record (EHR) data. This proposed research will develop a deep state-space model to learn latent trajectories of patients from longitudinal multimodal EHRs. Related work includes time-series models that capture patients’ dynamics from longitudinal EHRs, multimodal learning methods that integrate heterogeneous information, and knowledge-enriched approaches that are intended to improve performance. |
