| Proposed Analysis: | AD and normal pressure hydrocephalus (NPH) are usually confused in clinic. We want to perform Deformation based morphometry (DBM) analysis to identify AD and normal pressure hydrophalus using structural T1 scans. We apply 30 age- and sex-matched AD participants in ADNI database compared to our NPH patients. Whole-brain logistic regression was used to evaluate volumetric differences between AD and NPH patients. |
