| Proposed Analysis: | I am a PhD student currently writing a research proposal for my comprehensive exam. The proposed project must be distinct from my thesis and will not actually be carried out. I am proposing to measure a marker of pericyte damage in the CSF of ADNI participants who are cognitively normal or have MCI, and I'd like to explore the association with other CSF markers that have already been measured. I cannot find a list of these online, and was hoping to sift through the available data to inform on my proposed analyses and the feasibility of my proposed study. No actual analyses will be carried out - I would just like access to the data to support my proposal. |
