| Proposed Analysis: | In the collection of needed medical image datas, due to high cost and high radiation of PET examination, a large number of subjects only have MRI image data but lose PET image data, which may result in poor performance of the trained AD multimodal deep-learning diagnostic model. To solve this problem, our project intends to make improvements on the original cycle-GAN and then propose a method to generate PET from MRI and effectively interpolate the whole dataset to see if can get better diagnostic results. Our project really need ADNI datas and samples to back it up. |
