| Proposed Analysis: | We will compute change in volumes of amygdala over time of control subjects versus those that develop MCI and/or dementia. We will manually segment amygdala on 3T MRI scans and use our established longitudinal diffeomorphometry pipeline to compute changes in volume over time for each subject. We will then compare these changes between control and diseased groups for the purpose of biomarker development. |
