Proposed Analysis:	We aim to using the follow-up data to explore the risk factors of cognitive deterioration or late life depression progress to dementia. This project intends to integrate lifestyle, environmental status, biomarker, brain imaging and cognitive/mood data to predicts mood or cognitive progression. By using the machine learning approach to build a clinical prediction model of cognitive decline or depression to dementia.
