| Proposed Analysis: | For my masters thesis I will be training a machine learning classifier on Neuropsychological Measurements and MRI data from ADNI. Then I will use that model to classify the data that we will get from a hospital in Milan (Niguarda Hospital, Alzheimer Unit) - to see whether the classification is transferable. With this we can see whether we can build a biomarker for our data. We have not decided the algorithms yet, but probably will end up doing an ensemble method (ADABoost) based on best predictors. Our first steps will be explorative, to see how to handle the data. |
