Proposed Analysis: This study aims to determine whether WM alterations, measured using non-invasive dMRI techniques and analyzed with DTI models, can be an effective target in differentiating the signs of early stages of AD in the human brain. dMRI data obtained from AD patients will display patterns that deviate from healthy control (HC) group data, especially in axial, radial diffusivity values and computed tractography results.
