| Proposed Analysis: | Diabetes and cognitive impairment are both prevalent chronic diseases worldwide.The hazards of diabetes are mainly manifested in various acute and chronic complications. The risks of cardiovascular disease, especially cerebrovascular disease, are significantly increased in diabetic patients, which also significantly affects the cognitive function of patients. Diabetic cognitive dysfunction as a complication of diabetes is gradually attracting attention. The 2021 American Diabetes Association (ADA) guidelines have clearly mentioned the importance of recognizing cognitive impairment in diabetes, pointing out that poor blood sugar control is associated with cognitive decline.So I plan to carry out a study on the mechanism of cognitive dysfunction in diabetes mellitus. |
