| Proposed Analysis: | We are developing a novel high-order method for white matter tractography from Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI) for better accuracy and efficiency. The algorithm's goal also includes the regions of low SNR, and complex fiber substructure within the voxel. Accurate brain connectivity mapping through tractography can be applied for correctly analyzing regions targeted by AD in pathological studies. |
