| Proposed Analysis: | Geometric morphometric analysis of entorhinal cortex and hippocampal shape variations in diagnosing Alzheimer’s disease We want to investigate differences in the shape of subcortical and hippocampal structures among patients diagnosed with AD, patients with MCI (i.e., EMCI and LMCI), and normal cognitive individuals (i.e., non-AD and non-MCI). As such, access to ADNI will provide us with resources (e.g., T1W MRI scans) that will help progress our research. |
