| Proposed Analysis: | I am a PhD student who is working on brainstem segmentation algorithms which delineate neurotransmitter-specific regions in the rostral brainstem tegmentum that are responsible for modulating arousal. I will use the ADNI diffusion dataset to test the robustness of these algorithms in discriminating Alzheimer's patients from controls via volumetric analysis of these regions. |
