| Proposed Analysis: | Prediction of the development of AD based on data before the onset of disease symptoms. - independent analysis of MRI images, - comparison of the results obtained with your method with the data obtained with the use of dedicated programs, e.g. for the volume of Slicer3D or FreeSurfer to measure the thickness of the bark - an attempt to predict the state of the disease development, i.e. having the results of tests (neurological, physiological, psychological, etc., but preferably using a scale, e.g. GDS or another one used in ADNI), you try to classify patients on the basis of images only / or if your method fails it is based on parameters obtained from Slicer3D or FreeSurfer.
