Proposed Analysis:	Explore the efficacy of participants with MCI or AD who are taking cholinesterase inhibitors or Memantine, based on markers of AD, including amyloid positive versus negative measured by PET and fluid biomarkers. Propensity score matching analysis will be conducted to minimize bias. Linear regression analysis will be conducted to assess the influence of AD biomarkers on cognitive change on the FCSRT, WMS-LM, and CDR-sum of boxes.
