Proposed Analysis: | As part of a funded NIA K99/R00, I would like to access the ADNI data to conduct genetic (GWAS or WGS data) and omic (epigenomic and transcriptomic) association analyses with Alzheimer's Disease and related traits (endophenotypes including brain imaging, brain and blood biomarkers including amyloid-beta and total and phospshorylated tau). The ADNI results (summary statistics) will be combined with results from other cohorts using a meta-analysis approach, or will be used for replication purpose. |
