| Proposed Analysis: | Dear ADNI, I am a graduate student at Sun Yet-Sen University,China. And I major in Epidemiology and Health Statistics. My reaearch focused on causal inference of neurodegenerative disease, particularly involving Alzheimer's disease. Recently, I found that the The Alzheimer’s Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) is an observational, international study designed to establish biomarker-defined cohorts and identify biomarkers of Alzheimer’s Disease onset and progression to accelerate disease-modifying therapeutic trials. I found it may help me achieve my goals in this research field. Therefore, I plan to analyse the risk factors of Alzheimer’s Disease and mild cognitive impairment by developing regression model, with mainly using the diagnosis,biospecimen,genetic,neuropsychological and enrollment data in ADNI.This would make a really positive contribution to my work. I want to request access to this data set for the purpose of scientific research and to conduct data analysis. I promise they will be used only for research purposed.
