| Proposed Analysis: | Using empirical spectra from magnetoencephalography (MEG) and computational modeling (recurrent microcircuit of exc. and inh.neuronal populations) I will examine excitatory (E) and inhibitory (I) parameters of neuronal subpopulations and their interaction (E/I ratio) and will investigate their specific associations to regional tau and Aβ, measured by CSF and PET, in patients with AD. |
