| Proposed Analysis: | We aim to identify candidate lipid and metabolic species associated with clinical variables and APOE genotypes in human donors using ADNI data. We then propose to test these in APOE-variant mice to assess longitudinal variation in order to generate hypotheses about the sequence of lipid/metabolite dysregulation due to APOE genotype variation. |

| Proposed Analysis: | Mr. Mares will be working with Dr. Menon to build statistical models of the association of lipid and metabolite species with both APOE genotype and clinico-pathological variables. The ultimate goal is to generate hypotheses about key dysregulated lipids for further longitudinal investigation in brain tissue from APOE variant mouse models. |
