Proposed Analysis:	We propose to use plasma and CSF biomarker levels in patients with Alzheimer's disease to create a kinetic model based on a 3-compartment model to relate the rates at which biomarker moves from the brain compartment, to the CSF compartment, to the blood compartment based on first-order kinetics.
