Proposed Analysis:	We will investigate the impact of cerebral small vessel disease and other exposures/health conditions on accuracy of blood based Alzheimer's "amyloid-tau-neurodegeneration" biomarkers in all available ADNI data with paired blood biomarkers + MRI + amyloid or tau PET. We hypothesize that a high burden of cerebral small vessel disease will reduce accuracy of blood-based abeta 42/40 ratio and ptau for discriminating amyloid PET positivity.
