| Proposed Analysis: | In this study we aim to identify cognitive heterogeneity in MCI and prodromal AD, and to determine the association between the cognitive heterogeneity and the longitudinal plasma biomarker change. The heterogeneity is designed to be identified by neuropsychological test measures, and we hope to classify a typical subtype vs. an atypical subtype. This study is motivated by Qiu et al. (2019) on Neurology, where they focused on mild-to-moderate AD, and explored the association between cognitive subtypes and AD pathology. |
