| Proposed Analysis: | Those whose brains appeared older than their true age were more likely to die early and to be in worse physical and mental health. Today, machine learning has shown new ways of analysing structural neuroimaging data, including brain age prediction. I want to use ADNI dataset to provide new methods and potential clinical applications of brain age prediction and to investigate the application of regression machine learning and deep learning models of age-related neuroanatomical changes in healthy people and those who suffer AD dimentia and MCI in order to improve diagnostic methods for early detection of AD and help researchers in a way of better understanding of AD pathophysiology |
