Proposed Analysis: | We proposed a computational approach based on Graph Neural Network (GNN) to integrate imaging data (MRI) and multi-omics data for predicting diagnosis of Alzheimer's Disease (AD). Our method first learns the latent representation of the MRI data, and then use this representation as the feature matrix of GNN. Meanwhile, the multi-omics data are used for computing the population similarity graph of the samples and the graph will be used as the adjacent matrix in the GNN. This method has been demonstrated in our latest research in Parkinson's Disease, and we hope to extend it AD and further study the attribution of the input features. |
