| Proposed Analysis: | To explore the influence mode of geneomics and proteomics on neural network during the occurrence and development of AD: Using clinical, genetic and imaging data in ADNI database,to explore the contribution of related genes in the pathogenesis and process of AD (MCI, AD) and whether they are related to image index (mri/pet). For example，using genome wide association studies (GWAS) to explore the susceptibility genes of AD and their interactions, and using Mendelian randomization to clarify the causal relationship between differential gene expression (protein) and image index or cognitive score. |
