| Proposed Analysis: | We aim at evaluating a new coarse-to-fine registration algorithm for the registration of medical images on the ADNI dataset. The algorithm will be compared to other state of the art registration algorithms (eg SyN-ANTS) A set of images will be coregistered and evaluation metrics will be computed (e.g. overlap measure between warped source hippocampus and target hippocampus). |
