Proposed Analysis: | Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a complex disease and develops through different stages. Understanding the intrinsic mechanism contributing to these disease stages is essential for diagnosing, classifying, and treating Alzheimer's disease. The mechanism can involve complex correlations between many different genes and biomarkers. Ignoring the correlations between predictors may result in poor prediction. We want to construct predictive models to predict the progression of AD by incorporating interactions among clinical variables, biomarkers, and gene expression data. |
