| Proposed Analysis: | The brain undergoes large-scale reorganization evident in both structural and functional connectomes. We plan to investigate the changes in the brain structures in relation to the dynamicity in the individual's cognitive phenotypes across diverse age groups. The idea is to investigate the overlap of these changes with the genotypes available in the ADNI data. This proposed analysis further enhances our understanding Alzheimer's disease in the context of brain-behavior-genotype analysis. |
