| Proposed Analysis: | We propose to study differences in connectivity networks in AD patients through multimodal mri imaging, including functional connectivity through fmri, structural connectivity through dti and structural covariance networks through structural mri, and to further study the structural-functional coupling. We also propose to develop new analytical methods to find possible imaging markers of AD through the analysis of multimodal-based connectome. |
