Proposed Analysis:	We aim to examine sex differences on amyloid and tau in preclinical Alzheimer's disease. Focusing on tau-PET and amyloid-PET as outcome variables of interest, we aim to examine the influence of menopause age and sex-specific hormones (including FSH, estrogen and testosterone) on PET outcomes.
