| Proposed Analysis: | The MRI data is initially segmented by FreeSurfer. The same data is used to train and test automated segmentation using deep learning-based methods. Similar methods may be applied to PET data, and the segmented images may be used as biomarkers to analyze connections to the progression of Alzheimer's disease. |
