| Proposed Analysis: | We aim to develop the multimodal regional vulnerability maps for Alzheimer’s disease from multiple big open datasets. The analysis methods include computing the regional vulnerability index by comparing the neuroimaging markers between the patients and healthy controls, computing the spatial regional vulnerability caused by toxic protein, and correlate the regional vulnerability index to individual non-imaging measures. |
