| Proposed Analysis: | Analysis of the prevalence and progression rate of atypical AD profiles (Ab42/40(-) with one or both of [t-tau/p-tau]+), with the hypothesis that these profiles do not progress to Alzheimer's disease. For this we would like to investigate data from MMSE, ADASCOG and volume MRI of the hippocampi and the correlating values of Ab42/40 ratio, t-TAU and p-TAU in relation to each of the tests listed above. |
