Proposed Analysis: TREM2 is an important risk factor for Alzheimer's disease. The aim of this study was to explore the effect of AD susceptibility sites located on the TREM2 gene on the structural changes of key brain regions in alzheimer's disease patients by MRI imaging, thus providing genetic evidence for the possible pathways of TREM2 affecting the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease and elucidating the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease associated with TREM2 in combination with animal studies.
