Proposed Analysis:	I want to research the interaction between APOE4 and anxiety (additionally depression) in terms of predicting cognitive impairment in Alzheimer’s disease. According to previous research, APOE4 and depression may act synergistically to disrupt neuropsychological functioning, which, as suggested, may increase the risk for cognitive decline. It was demonstrated that older depressed adults with APOE4 had a greater cognitive decline than older depressed adults without apoe4. Additional research also showed that stress had a greater impact on the cognitive decline in adults with APOE4.
