Proposed Analysis: At the moment, we have two proposed projects. Project one will analyze the association between neuropsychiatric symptoms and everyday functioning in individuals who are classified as cluster-derived normal. A secondary aim of this study is to identify which neuropsychiatric symptoms may be most associated with functioning in these individuals. Project two will analyze the association between various biomarkers/bio variables (ApoE status, volume loss, cerebrospinal fluid beta-amyloid) and various forms of everyday function (ECog subscales) individuals classified as robust normal, cluster-derived normal, and mild cognitive impairment.
