| Proposed Analysis: | developing new statistical methodology for integrative analysis of electronic health record (EHR) and neuroimaging data to advance scientific understanding of risk factors for Alzheimer’s disease. New methods will be applied to EHR data from a variety of health systems and brain imaging from multiple research studies of Alzheimer’s disease. Also, we aim to develop deep learning models to deal with missingness and to integrate imaging and EHR data. As a first step, we are hoping to use the ADNI as a gold standard research quality database where we can simulate missing observations and missing images to mimic an EHR database to develop and test our methods. |
