| Proposed Analysis: | We are planning to analyze diffusion-weighted MRI data using tractometry techniques. We want to investigate the merit of advanced imaging features calculated from parameter maps such as FA and ADC in comparison to classic approaches such as TBSS and classic tractometry for group separation. Predictions on a single subject level will be performed using machine learning techniques. |
