| Proposed Analysis: | Alzheimer’s disease (AD) early diagnosis and mapping progression with patient screening done at different timestamps. For early diagnosis focus on different biomarkers like changes in the hippocampus region, β-amyloid peptide (Aβ), and tau proteins/ Tau Tangle (t-tau). Data from structural MRI scan(for volumetric analysis), functional MRI(fMRI) for analyzing the degree to which brain functions are impaired, and PET for analyzing accumulation of β-amyloid peptide (Aβ) & tau proteins. Depending on the data quantitative approach may be used for preprocessing and for analysis/ diagnosis/progression qualitative approach will be used i.e. ML/DL. |
