| Proposed Analysis: | In pursuit of NIH funding opportunity announcement PAS-22-196 (or equivalently PAS-19-316), we would like to propose the development of software that aids in the prediction of mild cognitive impairment (MCI). We want to develop a deep learning based predictive model that uses T1-weighted MRI and possibly late fusion with other modalities in order to catch early cases of MCI that can lead to AD/ADRD. We plan to use ADNI imaging and clinical data to investigate the feasibility of our proposal and support the technical sections of our NIH submission. Thank you! |
